A sales-ready web app for building, approving and paying for trips
We designed the product around one commercial goal: shorten time-to-proposal without making the experience feel templated. The app let consultants assemble premium itineraries fast, while clients got a polished portal to review, approve and pay.

Discovery and flow mapping
Mapped the full quote journey across 4 consultant roles, identified 17 repeatable itinerary blocks, and defined the MVP around proposal speed, upsell visibility and payment completion.
WEEKS 3–5
Itinerary builder and pricing logic
Built a modular itinerary builder with reusable stays, transfers, experiences and notes; pricing rules auto-calculated totals, margins and optional add-ons in 1 interface.
WEEKS 6–8
Client portal and payment links
Launched a branded portal where clients could review day-by-day plans, approve changes, and pay deposits via secure payment links instead of email chains.
WEEKS 9–10
Launch, QA and analytics
Completed QA across mobile and desktop, trained the sales team in 2 sessions, and set up funnel tracking for proposal creation, approval rate, upsell clicks and repeat bookings.
