What’s included in the monthly fee?
The maintenance layer (updates, security, backups, uptime and SSL monitoring) plus a bank of hands-on hours for edits and improvements — 2 to 14 hours depending on plan. Tasks go through a shared Telegram chat.
Do you support sites built by others?
Yes — most supported sites weren’t built by us. Intake includes a technical check; if the site has critical issues, we quote a one-off stabilization first, then normal support.
What counts as an “improvement hour”?
Anything hands-on: content edits, new blocks or pages, form changes, integrations, small features, speed work. Unused hours roll over one month; bigger projects are quoted separately at a discount for subscribers.
What if the site gets hacked?
On our plans — we clean malware and restore from backups at no extra cost; that risk is on us, which is why the security layer is non-negotiable. Post-incident, you get a report on the entry point and the fix.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes — month to month, no lock-in. On cancellation you get all accesses, final backups and a handover note. Most clients stay for years because the math beats per-incident freelancers.
