PROBLEM
The company was visible on load boards, but not in search
The business had demand in 4 core markets — Lithuania, Germany, Poland and English-speaking buyers across Europe — yet the website ranked for almost none of the commercial lane queries. Sales relied on load boards, where price pressure was high and differentiation was close to zero.
✕62% of new pipeline came from load boards and broker platforms;
✕Only 18 organic quote requests per month across 4 languages;
✕No hreflang, causing EN/DE/PL/LT pages to compete with each other;
✕Just 7 top-10 rankings for commercial freight lane terms in 4 target countries;
SOLUTION · 7 MONTHS
We built a multilingual SEO system around freight lanes
Instead of publishing generic blog content, we mapped demand by route, service and country. The site was rebuilt as a scalable lead-generation structure: one language layer, one lane cluster, one clear commercial intent per page.
WEEKS 1–2
Technical cleanup and language architecture
Fixed indexation issues, duplicate metadata and weak internal linking; implemented EN/DE/PL/LT structure with hreflang, canonicals and XML sitemaps by language.
WEEKS 3–6
Commercial keyword map
Built a 220-keyword map around freight lanes, FTL/LTL services, country pairs and buyer-intent modifiers like price, transit time and customs.
WEEKS 7–14
Lane pages at scale
Launched 46 landing pages for priority routes such as Germany–Lithuania, Poland–Germany and Baltics–Western Europe, each localized by market and intent.
WEEKS 15–28
Authority and conversion layer
Added FAQ schema, trust blocks, fleet/process proof, quote CTAs and internal links from service pages; supported rankings with 22 niche logistics backlinks.
RESULT · 7 MONTHS
Search became a stable pipeline source across 4 markets

“For years we thought SEO was too slow for freight. In 7 months, Pifagor turned our website into a lane-by-lane sales channel — and we stopped depending on load boards for growth.”
