1. Who we are

Pifagor Studio (“we”) provides digital services: web development, e-commerce, SEO/GEO promotion, paid advertising, AI automation, servers and support. Contact: hello@pifagorstudio.com.

2. Website use

The website and its content (texts, design, illustrations, code) belong to Pifagor Studio unless stated otherwise. You may browse, link to and quote the site with attribution; copying whole pages or reselling content is not allowed.

Case-study figures reflect specific client projects; results depend on niche, budget and starting point and are not a guarantee of identical outcomes.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices shown (“from €900” etc.) are entry benchmarks. A binding quote is the one we send in writing after reviewing your task; work is performed under an individual contract that defines scope, timeline, price and warranties.

The 60-second brief, calculators and forms create no obligation for either side — they simply start a conversation.

4. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We keep information current but do not warrant it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of our EU legal entity’s jurisdiction stated in the contract. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; you may also contact your local consumer authority.
